I. The Pumpkin Party
Even with the threat of rain, it doesn't deter the people milling around the pumpkin patch. Some kind of party is taking place amongst the raked piles of leaves, loose dirt and variety of pumpkins.
Tables are set out, plastic cups on the cloth covered tables. Food is set out in equal parts, the variety isn't staggering, but it is what one would associated with the fall months. Something a child with a rough idea of what is 'seasonal' for fall would put together. Unsurprisingly, there is likely a variety of pumpkin flavored foods laid out. As well as cider. Possibly a few hard ciders to keep things interesting.
Helpful crayon drawings are pinned up along the way lead people towards the pumpkin maze nearby the patch. Within lies a variety of fair games. Ranging from difficult to extremely easy. Though it seems a like the person who drew the signs lost a few glittery crayons while walking through the maze themselves.
You may have just woken up here with a helpful note telling you to check outside, or you might be a long-term resident. Either way, there's free food. Have at it!
II. The Trees Have Eyes
You know that sense of being watched? It's that creeping feeling on the back of your neck as your hairs prickle. You're walking in the woods when you begin to experience this sensation. You might also notice that you're getting poked by branches or tripping over roots more often than seems to be reasonable. Looking around in the forest seems to produce no obvious source of the disturbance. But you might be able to almost make out voices when the wind rustles the leaves above your head.
Someone said the god in charge of this place was supposed to be a sweet kid, right?

Elizabeth - Ryslig - 2
The faint voice amongst the rustling of the trees and crackling of her hooves crunching on leaves as she walks certainly doesn't that discomfort the further she walks. Her horns seem to catch on branches that hang low. She is already unsteady on her relatively new digitrade legs, so when she doesn't see a root, she goes down. Anyone nearby can likely hear the ensuing crash and stifled cursing.
"This, is not what I wanted my day to be like."
